If you have difficulties activating a voucher, please check the following things:
- have you clicked on 'use'?
- when entering the voucher code there should be no spaces before or after the code
- please include the Hyphens in the code
- be aware of the text. An O can easily be mistaken for a 0, the same goes for B with an 8
