Firstly please check your spam folder to see whether the email has landed there! 

We automatically send the following information per email:

  • ticket (PDF-attachment)
  • receipt (PDF-attachment)
  • booking confirmation

Unfortunately with many servers (T-Online, AOL Web) there can sometimes be delays with receiving emails or they are bounced back. Sadly we have no control over this. 

Please check in such cases your spam protection settings:

  • in E-mail centre (menu / settings / e-mail / spam protection) the spam shouldn't be set as 'reject/delete', but as 'move to spam folder'.
  • then you will be able to still see the emails that have been sent to the spam folder.

If you are unable to find a notification please contact us with your booking number and email address that was used for the booking. You can simply open a support ticket.
