As a gesture of goodwill you are able to change your booking into a voucher up to 48 hours before the start of the event. https://www.artnight.co.uk/ticket-rebooking/
Following this you will receive an email with a voucher for the value of your purchased tickets. This can then be activated for a new ArtNight.
A refund for the purchase is not possible.
